Caedes Cruenta - Ὅρκος ἐκλεκτῶν tape

While many seem to have failed to realize it, Caedes Cruenta has been one of the best Black Metal bands of the last decade in my opinion. (CC has been active for much longer than a decade, but I feel highlight the last 10-12 years as their peak).

The style of Caedes Cruenta is built upon the giants and legends of Greek Black Metal who came before them. Yet, while they are strictly bound to this calling, Caedes Cruenta pay respects to the past not by simply rehashing it's former greatness but by emphasizing and expanding the heights & potential that this style is capable of reaching. 

Ὅρκος ἐκλεκτῶν is nearly 90 minutes of black metal excellence. A future pillar of the Greek sound also featuring several moving neoclassical ambient passages, as well as a cover from the legendary Morbid Angel demo.
