Garmsblod - The Roars of Winter… LP

Debut album from this ferocious and cold US black metal act. Similar to Collier d'Ombre and other related acts but with a more "live" feeling here, which adds immensely to the violent and cold atmosphere.

The sound is evocative of mid era Enslaved ("Blodhemn" as well as "Frost" & "Eld") but not totally indebted to that style, Garsmblod is rawer less refined.
